Elie and Earlsferry Community Council

The Elie and Earlsferry Community Council (E&ECC) is a band of elected local residents who give of their free time to address local issues. We provide an excellent and, sometimes, efficient way for members of our community to pass on concerns to Fife Council via our local councillors who attend our monthly meetings whenever possible. 

We also encourage community participation and a sense of community spirit by taking action and supporting activities that bring local people together. Although we have no statutory powers, we are able to liaise with representatives at Fife Council who are keen to receive the views of the local community - from both residents and visitors.
