What/who is ENCEPT?

• Prepare, Respond, Recover – Community Emergencies in the East Neuk
• Assist but not replace Police, SAS, SFRS etc
• Work under the umbrella of FC Resilience dept
• Work to support/in partnership with Community Councils/Groups

• Village Emergency kit bags /First Aid kits / ENCEPT team bags
• Flood resources: pumps, snakes, generators, lighting, sandbags etc
• Responded to Covid
